We had a lesson that lasted quite a few weeks that just focused on different aspects of Chicago. It was rewarding to see the children be so involved and engaged. They also enjoyed creating some of the different things they say throughout the different areas of our classroom. For example, building skyscrapers in our block area and painting pictures at the easel.
A great day is when the children are happy, excited to learn new things, and help each other.

For the children in my classroom, I hope they remember that preschool was fun. I hope they remember that they found joy in learning new things and that their teachers were always proud of them. For the parents, I hope they remember how much their child was able to learn and grow and that their child was always loved and respected.
As a learning organization, Concordia Place is committed to continued improvement. We have learned that distinguishing between the Concordia Place and Concordia Day brands was not necessary.
Starting May 1, all visitors to concordiaday.org will be redirected to day.concordiaplace.org
By unifying around the sole use of the Concordia Place brand, we will provide clarity and focus on our mission to serve families and provide both care and education for their children.
